If you choose to submit comments, ideas or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. 10. Arbitration
For any dispute you have with Mehendi.Gallery, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If Mehendi.Gallery has not been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms by binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes then in effect for the AAA, except as provided herein. Each party will be responsible for paying any AAA filing, administrative and arbitrator fees in accordance with AAA rules, except that Mehendi.Gallery will pay for your reasonable filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees if your claim for damages does not exceed $75,000 and is non-frivolous (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)). The award rendered by the arbitrator shall include costs of arbitration, reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable costs for expert and other witnesses, and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES’ INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND, UNLESS WE AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS. To the extent any claim, dispute or controversy regarding Mehendi.Gallery or our Products isn’t arbitrable under applicable laws or otherwise: you and Mehendi.Gallery both agree that any claim or dispute regarding Mehendi.Gallery will be resolved exclusively in accordance with Clause 11 of these Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delhi (India), without respect to its conflict of laws principles. We each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court in New Delhi – India.

No one can challenge the decision taken by the Insurance.guru website management. Insurance.guru offer’s both Free and paid listing options and user are advised to cross check before going ahead to pay for the paid Listing service. Paid listing have charges as mentioned in Pricing section. The pricing of the paid listing is at sole discretion of EDGMA management. No one outside from management team can challenge the decision on pricing. Also, Insurance.guru Website does not guarantee for any response against the paid listing/s. The service offered is purely to list yourself / your business on www.insurance.guru website. There is no promise in any kind for any kind of response in any form. The paid listing on Insurance.guru website is recurring service. hence, in case you do not want to renew your service then use have to intimates us through email to stop/discontinue the paid service and thus once the paid service is disable then it will automatically converted into basic service. The payment for the paid service / options can only be made through available process on www.insurance.guru Website. No physical cheque or currency / cash will be taken to activate the service. all transaction pertaining to avail the service on Insurance.guru will be made through online payment / electronic media.
13. Refund Policy
Mehendi.Gallery is working hard to provide best of the service to the clients and users. But in case somehow user want money return /refund after purchasing of the service then it is not refundable and/or non transferable. Hence, Once paid cannot be refund or transfer in any circumstances in any form. User/ Buyers are advised to think 100 times before going ahead to buy the service from Insurance.guru. However, in certain cases Insurance.guru may refund the amount but such decision is 100% on Management that how much and by when. No one can challenge the decision on refund. In case of any refund then it will be credited/refund back to the same account through which it was paid to insurance.guru website. Company will not refund the amount in any another form other than online i.e no cash or transfer is allowed.

12. General terms
Notification procedures and changes to these Terms
Mehendi.Gallery reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if we so choose. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you. By continuing to access or use the Products after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Products.

Assignment

Mehendi.Gallery is a worldwide service and our reference to Mehendi.Gallery in these Terms includes EDGMA Partenrship Firm and all of its worldwide subsidiaries.
